    • If you want your menu to have a front and back, upload one PDF file that contains 2 pages: the front and back side of the menu.
    • The outer dimensions of the yellow-shaded area represents the trim size of your menu. The trim size is the size on the product listing and is the size menu you will receive.
    • The blue shaded area represents the bleed, which gets trimmed off during the printing process and is there to ensure that the printed area extends all the way to the edges of the final trimmed menu.
    • Ensure that all important content is within the safe area. Decorative elements can expand into this area without issue, but text, logos etc should all be contained within this area to ensure they don’t get cut off.

    Domestic Shipping Policy

    Shipment processing time

    All print orders are processed within 2-3 business days. While check presenters are processed within 10-15 business days.

    Shipping rates and delivery estimates

    All orders are shipped via UPS from our plant in Cleveland, Ohio. Standard Ground shipping is always free with your order. Expedited shipping is available and calculated at checkout.

    Shipment confirmation and order tracking

    When the order has shipped you will receive an email from ShipNotify@clevelandmenu.com that will include tracking information.

    Customs, duties, and taxes

    Cleveland Menu Printing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    Damages

    Cleveland Menu Printing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
